Instructions

• Please prefer to access  IVRS  facility using any land line phone over Mobile phone to avoid failure of call.
• Select your preferred language by dialing 5 for TELUGU or 6 for ENGLISH or 7 for HINDI to proceed further.
• When the    System prompts for DOB , it should be dialed in the following manner for   eg :- if the date of birth is  01-04-1975 should be dialed as  01041975.
• The following  department codes may  be dialed while  accessing IVRS:
