advance from Contingency Fund sanctioned in February 2013, but remained unrecouped to

REVENUE
(i) As the expenditure fell short of the even the original provision, the
supplementary provision of `72,40.12 lakh obtained in March 2013 proved unnecessary
and could have been restricted to a token provision.
