(i) As the expenditure fell short of even the original provision, the supplementary
provision (March 2013) of `2,75.99 lakh proved unnecessary and could have been
restricted to a token provision, wherever necessary.
(ii) The surrender of `16,00.24 lakh in the month of March 2013 was in excess of
eventual saving of `13,56.17 lakh.
(iii) Saving in original plus supplementary provision occurred mainly under:
