(i) As the expenditure fell short of even the original provision, the supplementary
provision of `89.00 lakh obtained in March 2013 proved unnecessary and could have been
restricted to a token provision, wherever necessary.
(ii) The surrender of `3,68.21 lakh in March 2013 was in excess of the eventual saving
of `2,92.08 lakh.
(iii) Saving occurred mainly under:
