As the expenditure fell short of even the original provision under item (6), the
supplementary provision obtained in March 2013 towards Reimbursement of Tuition
Fee to ST students proved unnecessary.
Specific reasons for reduction in provision under items (5) to (11) have not been
intimated(August 2013).
Similar saving occurred under item (5) during the years 2008-09 to 2011-12, under item
(6) during the year 2011-12, under items (7) and (8) during the years 2010-11 and 2011-12.
