GENERAL
RELIGIOUSANDCHARITABLE ENDOWMENTS FUND:
The entire expenditure of `43,06.95 lakh in the grant pertains to Administration of
Religious and Charitable Endowments and the same has been adjusted to the Fund (MH 8235-
103-Religious and Charitable Endowments Fund) before closure of the accounts for the year.
The fund ismade up of contributions collected fromvarious religious Institutions.
The closing balance in the Fund at the end of the year is `1,69,07.75 lakh.
An account of the transaction of the fund is given in Statement No.18 of the Finance
Accounts 2012-13.
