As the expenditure fell short of even the original provision under item (27), the
supplementary provision of `50.28 lakh obtained inMarch 2013 proved unnecessary.
Similar saving occurred under items (26) and (27) during the years 2008-09
to 2011-12, under item (28) during the year 2011-12 and under item (30) during the years
2009-10 to 2011-12.
