Reduction in provision was the net effect of decrease of

In view of final excess for which no reasons have been intimated, decrease in provision

was not justified.

(vi) Suspense : No expenditure has been booked under the Head ‘Suspense’. The scope of

suspense and nature of transactions there under are explained in note (v) under G.No.XI Roads,

Buildings and Ports (Revenue Section).
