As the expenditure fell short of even the original provision, the supplementary
provision of `1,01.50 lakh obtained in March 2013 towards replacement of Switchgears,
Transformers, AC systems and Fire extinguishers in Jubilee Hall, proved unnecessary.
Reasons for reduction in provision was stated to be due to non-commencement of
works for want of administrative orders.
Reasons for final saving have not been intimated (August 2013).
Similar saving occurred during the years 2010-11 and 2011-12.
