Specific reasons for surrender of entire provision under items (5)and (7) to (11) have not
been intimated. In viewof reduction in provision under item(6) for which specific reasons have
not been intimated, the supplementaryprovisionobtained inMarch2013 towards clearingpending
bills of Rajiv Palle bata pertaining to CPWS scheme to Srirampur and 23 other habitations to
Mancherial Mandal ofAdilabad district proved excessive.
Similar saving occurred under item (9) during the years 2010-11 and 2011-12 and
