(i) In view of the huge final saving of `17,07,39.60 lakh, the supplementary provision
of `20,51,00.43 lakh obtained in March 2013 proved excessive.
(ii) Out of the saving of `17,07,39.60 lakh, only `16,42,86.24 lakh was surrendered in
March 2013.
(iii) Saving in original plus supplementary provision occurred mainly under:
