The scope of the head “Suspense” and nature of transactions booked thereunder are
explained in note (vi) under the Grant No.XI Roads, Buildings and Ports (Revenue Section).
The expenditure in the Revenue Section of the grant includes (-) ` 88.91 lakh under the
