In view of reduction in provision under items (28) and (29) for which specific reasons
were not intimated, the supplementary provision obtained in March 2013, towards supply of
drinking water during summer under item (28) and supply of Fodder to drought areas under
item (29) proved excessive.
Similar saving occurred under item (28) during the years 2010-11 and 2011-12.
