In view of final saving of `9,05.64 lakh for which reasons have not been intimated,
augmentation in provision by way of reappropriation of `9,13.43 lakh for which specific rea-
sons were not been intimated lacks justification. Further, the supplementary provision obtained
inMarch 2013 towards payment of pending bills alsowas not justified.
