CAPITAL
(i) As the expenditure fell short of even the original provision, the supplementary provision
of `75,24.00 lakh obtained inMarch 2013 proved unnecessary and could have been restricted
to a token provision wherever necessary.
(ii) Out of the saving of `1,38,21.93 lakh, only `1,37,56.76 lakh was surrendered in
March 2013.
