filter, cooler & stand by Generators for MaccaMasjid, Charminar and Royal Mosque, Public
Garden, Hyderabad proved unnecessary and surrender of `52.23 lakh inMarch 2013was not
justified.
Similar saving occurred under item (2) during the year 2011-12.
