Office of the Principal Accountant General (A&E), A.P, Hyderabad has taken up a special drive to dispose of all the G.P.F residuary balance cases.  Details of the G.P.F accounts having tentative positive balance are placed in the official website of the office.  Retired G.P.F. subscribers/eligible family members of the expired subscribers whose accounts were maintained by the PAG (A&E) may visit the website at www.agap.cag.gov.in to view details of residuary balance accounts.  Such cases will be processed on receipt of written representation from the concerned GPF Subscribers either directly or through the DDO and authorization if entitled, would be issued to the concerned DDO for payment in terms of the A.P. Financial code/Treasury Code.  It may be noted that the information placed in the website is purely tentative and is subject to final scrutiny by this office.  The information does not entail automatic claim for payment to the subscriber/beneficiary and it shall not to be used for filing civil petitions in any court of Law/Forums.

 

A Public Grievances officer has been appointed in the office of the Prl.Accountant General office (A&E), Hyderabad, with a view to expedite redressal the grievances redressal of the retired Pensioners and serving state Government employees. Serving officials may directly contact the officer on working days  given below if their problems have not been resolved within the prescribed period of two months after sending email to
